I was reading about how we should meander through our lives, so that we can be fully present.....so today I really tried not to be rushed and it was awesome!! When I rode my bike with Trey to school, he totally was going back and forth and at first I was going to say to hurry up but then I let him be and it was so great. Also, with Iree she takes forever on her bike and I am always harping on her, but today I let her literally stop and smell the flowers....or pick up rocks. I got to go to dinner with my BFF tonight and on the drive, I just soaked in the GORGEOUS mountain view....there was a storm and the foothills had sun shining down on just them and they were bright green and there was lightening flashes that you could see clear as day!!! So, I enjoyed my music all by myself and then I turned the music off for a little bit to hear the rolling thunder!!
