Dale took the car early this morning, so we walked Trey to school and it ended up being so nice out and a great way to start our morning....and the view wasn't too bad either......

My friend Hillary came over today for us to do our running co-op and right before she came over, I read on FB that a good friend of my growing up had went into cardiac arrest. I was pretty sad and distraught about it. When Hillary walked in, I told her what had happened and of course she was great, but the greatest thing she did for me was kind of silly.....I was stressing about doing an interval run and she said, "Stacy, just do what you want today....listen to your music and pray and do what will make you feel the lest stressed." THAT TOTALLY FREED ME TO DO JUST THAT AND I RAN 3 MILES (which is great for me!!!)!!!! She showered me with grace today and also made me lunch....yum!
